Files a 13F? Sealed here, now.

See it on your own book first, free. If the office files a Form 13F, start with its name. A private foundation? Its 990-PF, sealed in seconds. Otherwise, send one export.

Back in seconds, free. Your ten largest positions, your concentration against peers, what was added and what was let go. Sealed with a fingerprint you can check. What you type goes only to SEC’s public search. No call. Or see a sample proof.

Does not file a 13F? Send one export instead
This is the whole ask. The filing is public and we already hold it.

A private foundation? Its 990-PF is sealed in seconds, no form: find it by name or EIN.

Add details, optional: firm, role, where the positions live, a question
Optional. One export from one account is enough if you would rather we used your own book.
Free. No order form, no card, no obligation, no credentials. An export, if you send one, is read once into a book scoped to you and deleted on request. See the privacy policy.
What comes back

One page. Four facts about your own book.

Concentration: Which few carry it

How many names, and the share in the ten largest.

Movement: What you added, what you let go

Turnover and names let go, quarter by quarter.

Crowding: How much everyone else owns

The share other reviewed offices hold. Nobody is named.

Point in time: Read as at the day it was public

No hindsight. Check the fingerprint at /verify.

Before you send
What do I have to send you?

Nothing. If your office files a Form 13F, the filing is already public and we already hold it. We need the name it files under, or its CIK, and an address to send the proof to. No credentials, no portfolio file, no call.

What if we do not file a 13F?

Then send one positions export from one account instead: Schwab, Fidelity and Interactive Brokers exports are read as they come, so are Addepar, Black Diamond, Orion and Tamarac exports, and so is a spreadsheet with symbol, description, quantity, value and cost. A private upload link comes to you; nothing goes over email. Same two business days, same sealed page.

What is on the page?

How many listed names carry the book and how much sits in the ten largest. What was added and what was let go, quarter by quarter. How much of it the rest of the reviewed offices already hold. Each figure read at the date the filing became public, so nothing uses knowledge that did not exist yet. And a fingerprint you check yourself.

What is deliberately not on it?

Returns. Pricing a public book would need a market-data licence we do not hold, and we will not print a number we cannot check. That refusal is the whole product: a figure is traced to a computed value or it is withheld.

What do you do with my details?

A named person reads them and replies. An export, if you send one, is read once into a book scoped to your family by the database, and deleted when you ask, or within thirty days if you do not continue; a person does it and confirms it to you by email. Nothing is used to train anything. An NDA is available before you send a byte.

What happens after?

Nothing, unless you want it. If you do, the Thirty-Day Book takes the same book and connects the rest: all five frameworks live on your real numbers by day thirty, or the setup fee comes back on your say-so.

Ask for it

The name your office files under is enough.
